Purpose:

Description of Service:
Otwell Mawby, P.C. has been following UST regulation requirements (Part 211 and 213) and changes closely in order to help public and private sector clients maintain compliance. Having been involved in numerous UST site assessments and removals, we are prepared to offer a client professional services such as:
- Confirmation of tank registration, uses past and present, prior to removal.
- Onsite supervision of tank removal and excavation.
- Sampling of soil and/or groundwater according to State guidelines.
- Timely reporting of confirmed leaks and follow-up investigations in order to comply with State requirements.
- Completion of leaking underground storage tanks (LUST) Part 213 reporting, including initial and final assessment reports (IAR/FAR), and closure.
- Remedial Action Plan design and implementation.
